Dowel Spawn Recipes

Any one have a good dowel spawn recipe? i'm trying to expand my some spawn i
bought... i already have one tek...

1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
each gallon of water

1) soak dowels over night
keep submerged place a weight over them, like chicken wier and a
small brickor fill up a zoplock bag with dowel and liquidpress
out all of the air.
2) place dowels in mason jars
3) PC to sterilize 15pci 1 hour
4) let cool then knock up
